Apologizing for his indiscretions did not prevent Gatorade from joining the list of products that no longer want to be endorsed by Mr. Woods. AT&T and Accenture ended their associations with him within weeks of the Thanksgiving debacle, but luckily for him, I was able to secure an endorsement deal that could potentially benefit both Tiger and I… We’re talking about a billion dollar industry! Here are the suggested advertisements…

Art & Design: Tavis Coburn’s BAFTA Nominee Movie Posters

If you follow this blog, than you know that I have an insatiable appetite for great art, with illustrations being of particular interest. These movie posters showcasing the nominees for the British Academy Film & Television Awards are absolutely amazing. I saw these posted by my man Bobby over at Kitsune Noir, and had to immediately share with you guys. They all capture the films’ essense really well, with my favorite being the Precious and Avatar posters, though I’m feeling each one. If you’re unaware of the nominees, they are Precious, Avatar, Up in the Air, The Hurt Locker, and An Education. The thing I love most about the illustrations is there retro feel. They’re definitely “frame worthy” in any media room. I haven’t had a chance to see all the films that made the nomination list but it’s something I plan on doing very soon…..dope
Akoo’s “Orally Suggestive” Billboard Sparks Controversy in Newark, NJ

It’s definitely making waves with numerous people speaking out about the suggestive nature of the billboard and the fact that it’s placed in a predominately black area, saying that this type of image wouldn’t get placed in a non-urban area, however, the Mayor Corey Booker was more concerned with the saggy jeans in the image saying:
Lifestyle: The Future of Ultrasounds

These days, I’m not at all surprised by technology and the limitless possibilities of it so it was really just a matter of time before they upped the mega pixels on the ultrasound camera (not to be taken literally). Thanks to technology courtesy of Echographic images 4-D, the most advanced medical imagery there is, people will know who their baby looks like before it see’s the light of day for the first time. This could get weird. I’m sure Maury Povich is trying to get his hands on one to use on the “you are not the father” episodes, and not to mention the “straight from the womb” facebook profile pics. Nevertheless, it’s still advanced and I’m sure there will be a high demand for it. I’m anxious to see the results of this new technology.
